Returns & Exchanges
Sit! gladly accepts returns on unused merchandise. Send your return to us in its original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We do not issue refunds for any merchandise postmarked after 14 days. We do not reimburse shipping charges. Exchanges will be charged the appropriate re-shipping fee.
Refunds will not be issued for personalized items, items that are not in their original condition, or items damaged by your pet.

Shipping & Handling
We ship all our packages UPS Ground. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. The standard shipping time is 1 to 2 business days for in-stock items. If an item is not in stock we will notify you by email. Out of stock items may require up to 7-10 business days to ship.
Expedited Shipping
If you need an order expedited, please contact us at bark@sitchicago.com or fill in the Special Requests box at checkout. Expedited shipping is an additional charge.
Tax
Illinois state residents are charged a 9.00% sales tax.
